Delivering the ‘wild side of Japanese cuisine’, popular Madrid restaurant Salvaje is now open at the Address Residences Opera District.

Chef Fermin Azkue’s menu features dishes that are a combination of flavours, textures and aromas, while head bartender Borja Goikoetxea’s beverage list includes unique cocktails that can be paired with their popular dishes or enjoyed as is.

The menu features a raw and sushi bar, robata (Japanese style grilling) dishes such as black cod, octopus skewers, lobster, as well as dishes designed for sharing like dumplings, bao and tacos.
