To celebrate the stunning cherry blossom season, our favourite Japanese bakery at Dubai Mall, Yamanote Atelier has launched a special Sakura menu, which is available until 19th May 2024.
The soft pink shades of cherry blossoms can be seen in the bakery items of this delicious collection which includes sweet treats and drinks.
The Sakura Crookie is a Japanese style croissant with a floral flavoured cookie and white chocolate. The Sakura Doughnut is a fluffy bun filled and topped with cream and decorated with fresh raspberries. They also have a Sakura Eclair that’s made with yoghurt parfait and a whipped strawberry ganache. And if you prefer something more traditional, the Sakura Mont Blanc is an almond tart with Sakura red bean. These are priced at AED 25 a piece. View the menu here.
The beverages are equally exciting. There’s a Sakura Lychee Fizz, Yuzu Cola and Yuzu Float. These are made with ingredients such as lychee puree, watermelon syrup and Amarena cherry syrup.
