There are a wide range of supermarkets in Downtown Dubai, some of which are open 24×7. This means you can cook a good meal at any time of the day (or night). But on days you don’t feel like cooking and don’t want an indulgent (read: heavy) restaurant meal either, there’s a solution.
The Kitchen By Spinneys
One of our favourite supermarkets, Spinneys has opened its first standalone food hall and dine-in offering at Dubai Mall.
Located on the lower ground level of the mall, the space offers fresh food that’s both delicious and nutritious. Here you can enjoy a sit-down meal or grab-and-go snacks and sandwiches. Their pastries are baked fresh each day so you can have a sweet start to your morning. They also have a salad and soup bar, as well as a hot food counter which offers Indian, Asian and Arabic cuisine.
But that’s not all. The food hall is home to the famous Spinneys rotisserie, plus a sushi section with different types of rolls and nigiri. Want something to drink? They have a juice bar too.
Don’t forget to leave some space for dessert as they have a gelato bar with delicious flavours such as matcha green tea, oreo and salted caramel popcorn.
