Anyone who visits Dubai Mall often will agree parking anxiety is a thing. Especially during public holidays and sales. But there’s good news: finding a spot won’t be difficult anymore (or so we hope).
Dubai Mall in cooperation with Salik will introduce paid parking in Dubai Mall from 1st July. We can already hear people moaning but the system aims to provide a more convenient visit for all. Salik announced its technology will be deployed to enable a “smooth, barrier-free parking experience for mall customers”. In other words, the amount will be deducted from your existing Salik account.
Motorists can enjoy free parking for the first four hours on weekdays and weekends. The parking system applies to the Cinema, Fashion and Grand parking areas, while the Zabeel extension and Fountain Views sections will remain free.
