It’s not very often that restaurants change their menu, but Pan-Asian restaurant Alba, which launched earlier this year, has introduced a new one.
Diners can indulge in contemporary Asian cuisine with Korean influences. The lunch menu includes KFC (aka Korean Fried Chicken) with spicy sauce, a wagyu sando with truffle, a wagyu street burger, and French fries tempura with Alba sauce among other delicious things.
In addition to starters and salads, the menu also offers a variety of Asian favourites, including handrolls, gyozas, and a raw bar complete with sashimi, nigiri, and other raw dishes like tuna carpaccio, hamachi tartare, and salmon carpaccio.
Some of the main attractions on the menu are the flavourful Alba ginger black cod, bibimbap rice, and wagyu kimchi burger.
To end the feast, save some room for desserts like doughnuts with miso mousse, miso snickers, of the yuzu matcha tiramisu.
