There are many reasons to head to Chinatown, Dubai Mall, and Yun Xi Lou’s brunch is one of them, especially if you’re looking for good dim sums in Downtown Dubai.
The Cantonese restaurant has an unlimited dim sum brunch every Saturday and Sunday. This isn’t your regular brunch that ends at 3pm (or even 4pm). It is available from 12pm to 7pm, but guests need to book two-hour slots as walk-ins are not allowed.
The menu
Priced at AED 188 per person (excluding VAT), the brunch offers more than 30 types of dim sums including their signature dim sums such as the mini carrot dumpling with beef and mushroom, crispy swan durian pastry and coconut milk pudding, in addition to the popular ones: shrimp har gau, chicken xiao long buns, as well as crystal black truffle and mushroom dumplings.

These sit alongside other fried and steamed options: chicken with glutinous rice in lotus leaf, bbq chicken buns and steamed beef balls.
Cheung feng fans won’t be disappointed either as the silky rice noodle rolls come with three different fillings.
