Tang is now open in Downtown Dubai
The award-winning South African born F&B brand describes itself as a “luxurious take on the Japanese izakaya style of dining”. Located in Palace Downtown, Tang serves up Asian cuisine prepared using premium ingredients.
Inspired by Japanese izakayas and Cantonese eateries of Hong Kong, the fine dining restaurant is the brainchild of hospitality entrepreneur Nicky van der Walt. It was listed in the Luxury Lifestyle Top 100 Restaurants in the World in December 2023.
Tang is popular for dishes such as its signature Peking duck, gyozas, wok specials, as well as robata items including prime cuts and baby chicken.
