Summer is here, and while there aren’t too many outdoor activities to enjoy, Dubai Restaurant Week kicks off on 9th May – offering the perfect opportunity to have a fantastic time indoors.
This 17-day event (until 25th May) is a celebration of food, and gives you the chance to experience specially curated menus: enjoy a two-course lunch for AED 125 or a three-course dinner for AED 250 per person at some of the city’s most talked-about restaurants.
While restaurants across the city are taking part in this culinary celebration, here are the must-visit Downtown Dubai spots participating in Dubai Restaurant Week.
Ce La Vi
Offering a playful interpretation of contemporary Asian cuisine and picture-perfect views from the 54th floor of Address Sky View, this Michelin guide restaurant’s lunch menu features salmon avocado maki, gem lettuce salad and mains like satay marinated chicken breast and grilled octopus. To finish, guests can choose between seasonal sorbets or a chocolate and salted caramel tart.
The dinner menu is just as enticing with dishes such as braised beef bao buns, Korean fried chicken, and cauliflower steak. Save room for desserts like mango basil tart and vanilla creme brulee.

Jun’s
Chef Kelvin Cheung’s restaurant is rooted in third culture cooking, offering a vibrant fusion of Asian and North American influences. For lunch, diners can opt for a starter and main, or a main and dessert. Some of the dishes on the menu include mapo burrata, salmon carpaccio, miso sea bass claypot rice, and char siuwagyu claypot rice alongside desserts like baked Alaska and mango panna cotta.
The dinner menu features exiciting options such as rainbow heirloom carrots, Szechuan eggplant with hummus, dan dan spaghettini, miso Chilean sea bass, and corn fed baby chicken in a red coconut curry.

At this Boulevard restaurant, diners can tuck into Italian classics served with a modern twist. Seasonal produce and premium ingredients take centre stage. The lunch menu features dishes such as a trio of tartares (salmon, bluefin tuna, and seabass), chicken liver and foie gras pate with apricot sauce, lamb patty with mashed potato and parmesan, spaghetti with clams, and desserts like almond tortellini dulce de leche.
For a more indulgent experience, guests can opt for the dinner menu, which includes dishes such as Sicilian-style prawns, crab polpetta with panzanella salad, and ganache Troisgros with raspberries and gorgonzola.

The authentic Italian eatery at Dubai Mall is inspired by the pizzerias and trattorias of Italy. Their lunch menu for Dubai Restaurant Week includes favourites such as calamari, caprese salad, bruschetta al pomodoro, alongside classics like pizza Margherita and Diavola.
The dinner menu features quinoa salad, oven-baked eggplant, burrata and mains such as baby chicken with roast potato, rigatoni pasta with pink sauce, and breaded chicken escalope. Guests can end on a sweet note with tiramisu or Nutella cheesecake.
