If you’re looking for a wine pairing experience in Downtown Dubai, you’ve come to the right place. For one night only, you can enjoy a special menu thanks to a collaboration between the fine dining restaurant MiMi Mei Fair and French wine producer M.Chapoutier.
The Chinese hotspot will be hosting a five-course pairing dinner on 27th September. Priced at AED 398 per person, the menu features dishes such as crispy duck salad, prawn and scallop dumplings, baked Chilean seabass, and Angus beef short ribs – each paired with a carefully selected wine.
And there’s a pairing for the finale too: the sweet fortified Bila-Haut Banyuls 2021, served alongside a flourless chocolate bar and vanilla bean ice cream.
