Fitness (and non-fitness) enthusiasts, take note: 1st November 2025 marks the start of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, a month-long event that celebrates health and wellbeing, and is open to everyone. How can you be part of this city-wide event? Commit to 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days.

There will be fitness hubs across the city, along with flagship events such as Dubai Run, Dubai Ride and Dubai Yoga. Zabeel Park, Kite Beach and Al Warqa’a Park will be transformed into fitness villlages, with activities for people of all ages and abilities.

In addition to all this, there’s even more for those who eat, live and breathe fitness. Think community events such Plus 500, a half marathon starting at DIFC; She Runs, a women-only race at Expo City, and Runway Run, where participants can sprint, jog or walk a 5km route alongside parked aircrafts at Dubai Airshow.
