The Dubai Fitness Challenge kicks off today – a month-long initiative where you commit to 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days.

One of the signature events of this city-wide fitness festival is the Dubai Ride, taking place tomorrow, Sunday, 2nd November. If you’ve signed up for the region’s largest community cycling event, don’t forget to collect your bib from Dubai Municipality 30×30 Fitness Village at Zabeel Park. Today is the final day for collection and participants will not be able to take part if they’re not wearing their numbered bib. Bibs can be collected until 11pm today. Remember to bring your registered QR code with you.

The Family Route takes place in Downtown Dubai. This 4km flat course, suitable for cyclists of all ages and abilities, follows Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard and goes past Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera and the Burj Khalifa.
