If you’ve experienced afternoon tea many times and are now looking for a spin on the regular, Lavang on the Boulevard is where you should be.
The Indian restaurant has just introduced its high tea, priced at AED 120 for two. Expect to see street favourites such as vada pav, samosas, and pakoras along with more modern bites. Vegetarians can indulge in offerings like mango salsa tarts, paneer sliders, and cheese sandwiches. Non-vegetarians have plenty of nibbles as well: keema tarts, pulled chicken sliders, and salmon and cucumber sandwiches.
To sip, they offer a variety of teas including masala chai, green tea, and black tea. End on a sweet note with a delectable gulab jamun mousse.
Lavang’s high tea is available daily from 3pm to 6pm.
