CHRISTMAS DAY MEALS

Tang

Bringing an Asian touch to Christmas celebrations, Tang’s festive brunch on 25th December (2pm to 5.30pm) begins with izakaya dishes, followed by a main course that is served at the table and concludes with a selection of its signature desserts. The crowning element of this feast, however, is the carving station, which features a whole turkey prepared Peking duck style and served with pancakes, hoisin sauce, garlic chips, and other sides. Japanese entertainers add to the atmosphere. At.mosphere

At the world’s highest restaurant, you can savour a festive meal on Christmas Day, as well as on Christmas Eve. Guests can choose between a five-course menu (AED 1,500 per person) or a three-course degustation (AED 1,200 for two), which feature dishes such as venison and foie gras tart, guinea fowl served three ways, Breton blue lobster and more. The highlight: the stunning views, of course.

Bisou

Whether you choose to enjoy a Christmas meal on the day or the night before, Bisou’s set menu stays the same with indulgent dishes like eclair with crab, brioche with beef tartare, fried shrimps with tomatoes, followed by roasts, with options including beef tenderloin and French roast duck, served with trimmings! It’s easy to go overboard with the starters and roasts, but save some space for the dessert – a whole Christmas cake that’s perfect for sharing. Priced at AED 450 per person.

Alba

Alba brings a Japanese twist to its Christmas brunch with dishes such as misoyaki cod and robata sea bass. The starters and desserts stay true to the theme as well: expect platters of yakitori and temari to begin your meal and matcha tiramisu and Japanese custard to end the feast. There’s live music too! Priced at AED 450 per person, including two glasses of sparkling wine. The festive menu is available on Christmas Day and for Christmas Eve dinner.

Felicita

Newly opened Italian restaurant Felicita’s colourful interiors and warm ambience create a vibrant setting for Christmas brunch. Guests can savour a menu built around the kitchen’s favourite dishes while enjoying the added buzz of live performances. The brunch menu includes a selection antipasti such as a burrata salad, calamari and crispy arancini. The main plates feature various pasta dishes (clams spaghetti is what we’re looking forward to) as well as Wagyu striplion steak. To finish, there’s creamy tiramisu. Priced at AED 400 per person for the non-alcoholic package, AED 550 for house beverages and AED 700 for premium beverages.

Jamavar

They say it’s a Royal Christmas at Jamavar, and boy, they’re delivering! The Indian restaurant’s festive menu (with a vegetarian and non-vegetarian experience) begins with a glass of rosé before moving on to Jamavar’s Jewel Box, a selection of amuse-bouche. For meat-eaters, the feast includes options such as Karwari soft shell crab, Shahi galouti kebab and prawn Mapas, while vegetarians can tuck into creamy kofta dil khush, truffle khichdi and kesari gucchi. Depending on the menu chosen, the meal ends with desserts like Valrhona chocolate mousse or kesar mango rasmalai. Prices start from AED 375 per person, with an additional wine pairing for AED 375 as well.

A buffet bursting with festive flavours isn’t the only thing you’re going to love about this Christmas brunch (1pm to 4pm) – there’s a DJ belting out some banging beats, while guests enjoy bottomless drinks and Burj Khalifa views.
