Imagine being able to make your own cheesecake without having to buy tons of ingredients or mess up your kitchen. Is that even possible? At Ergon Agora, it is.

Downtown Dubai’s newest restaurant of Greek origin, Ergon Agora has opened its doors on the Boulevard at BLVD Heights. The space is home to more than just Greek food. The multi-concept venue also has Balboa, which offers street food like smash burgers and fried chicken; 72H Artisanal Bakery, where sourdough is the superstar, and Tzeneral Pastry Shop, which – no points for guessing – is dedicated to all things sweet. Plus there’s the Ergon Originals Store, which offers a mix of curated retail items such as olive oils, honey, olives and other artisanal Greek products.

What really steals the show, though, is the cheesecake bar where you can make your own cheesecake. First you choose whether you’d like a dine-in serving, the single-portion takeaway cup, or the 1kg portion takeaway container. Next, choose your base – either the classic biscuit base or more modern options like Oreo cookies or pistachio crumble. Then you choose your cream filling – vanilla, chocolate or pistachio. For the final step, you pick your favourite toppings from a selection that includes red fruit jam, milk chocolate, and salted caramel. Now treat yourself to your delicious creation.
