Nobody has ever complained about a city having too many restaurants or cafes. The opening of another spot in Downtown Dubai only makes us happy, as it means one more place to add to our foodie bucket list or to get our caffeine fix.
MRJADE Coffee

Started my Turkish-German entrepreneur Jade, MRJADE Coffee brings together European quality and Anatolian flavour in each cup. Their beans are sourced from the lush farms of Colombia, Costa Rica, and Brazil. They arrive in Hamburg, Germany, where they are carefully sorted, selected, and blended before being sent to Istanbul, where they are roasted. In addition to the usual coffee menu, the cafe at Burj Crown building in Downtown Dubai also sells coffee beans for espresso and Turkish coffee.
Located at Burj Crown. For more information, call 052 601 5807 or visit their website.
Meat Max

As the name suggests, this Boulevard restaurant is where you can satisfy your craving for burgers, steaks, and more. Specialising in smoked meat, the menu is a carnivore’s delight, offering everything from smoked chicken wings to beef short ribs, lamb shoulder, indulgent burgers, and tasty tacos. There are sides to match: refreshing salads, fried favourites like onion rings and French fries. Bigger groups can rest assured that the meat max platters will keep everyone’s tummies full.
Located at Clarens Tower. For more information, call 058 821 1541 or visit their website.
Boon Speciality Coffee Roasters

If you are looking to caffeinate, there are plenty of options on the Boulevard – and Boon is the among the newest. Already a popular name among coffee connoisseurs, the brand brings their top-notch coffee to Downtown Dubai, along with a variety of sweet treats and viennoiserie items. There are hot and cold dishes to choose from as well.

Brasserie Lutetia

Inspired by Parisian brasseries, this new restaurant in Downtown Dubai seamlessly transforms from a leisurely breakfast venue to an intimate dinner spot. The lunch menu includes hot and cold starters, sandwiches, and hearty dishes such as tomato and ricotta pasta, organic chicken with wild mushrooms, and an Angus burger. The dinner menu features indulgent options like lobster linguine, entrecôte, and desserts such as Rocher – a rich treat made with praline cream, hazelnut frangipane, and roasted hazelnuts.

This much-loved spot, with branches in Dubai Mall, Jumeirah and Mall of the Emirates, has now opened its doors at Souk Al Bahar. Here, diners can enjoy everything the brand is known for – excellent shisha, quality Turkish food, and its indulgent breakfast experience. So, whether you’re after a hearty breakfast or a relaxing late-night meal, you’ll find it all here – they’re open until 3am.
